Beginner Crochet Workshop

This is a crash course to get you crocheting fast! You'll learn the basics to get you up and running: understanding yarn information, the proper way to hold your hook, how to chain, the single crochet stitch and the double crochet stitch. By the end, you should be well on your way to making your first scarf.

The cost of this class includes the materials perfect to learn how to crochet, and you'll have enough to make a cowl (if you want to make a scarf you can purchase a second skein of yarn).

This class is taught in-person, in our Toronto store, and is not virtual.

Skill Level: Absolute Beginner

Hours of Instruction: 3 

Materials Included: 

• Berroco Vintage Chunky: 1 skein (if you want to make a scarf you can purchase a second)

• 6mm crochet hook

• darning or tapestry needle
