Weekend Jacket PROJECT

We finished a new store project and it's all about PINK! The Weekend Jacket is a simple cardigan worked in super bulky weight yarn (we used Cascade SPUNTANEOUS in 33 Neon Pink) to give a dramatic scale to this design. It features deep armholes and puff bracelet length sleeves. The pattern also includes instructions for a long sleeve version. This jacket is worked seamlessly from the top down in one piece (no seaming). You can make it as long as you want. The neckline is shaped with short rows.

If you like this style of sweater made with Super-Bulky weight yarns and BIG needles you'll like patterns by Tara-Lynn Morrison.

Many thanks to Elyse for whipping up our sample, her Neon Green Weekend looks AMAZING!

Needles

We think Interchangeable needles area great way to go when a pattern calls for a bunch of sizes you don't normally use. The Knitter's Pride tips can be a great value.
